Marketing Manager, Channel and Events

Job Summary: 

The Marketing Manager, Channel & Events is a highly qualified, talented and motivated program leader seeking to develop the Company’s Event Marketing plans and, in collaboration with a global marketing team, execute on those plans. The ideal candidate will be based in the Miami, Florida area or Remote East Coast.This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Job Responsibilities: 

Demos/Webinars

• Conception of event, demos, webinars to meet sales, marketing and revenue objectives as per company plan.
• Manage and coordinate the execution of event, demos, webinars, estimating budget, schedule key project milestones, logistics, making sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed.
• Creation of marketing assets and tools, such as the content for PowerPoint presentation and printed and digital material to enable the Group Commercial Sales teams.
• Liaise with sales and marketing teams to advertise and promote the event, demos and webinars.
• Work with internal creative team to ensure event display accurately represents the AgEagle brand.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot on the day of the event, demos, webinars to ensure that all runs smoothly.
• On the day of the event or demo, capture relevant marketing collateral to be shared on social media, email newsletters, PR.
• On the day of the event or demo, coordinate media interviews.
• Produce post event/demos/webinars evaluation reports and feedback surveys

Channel Marketing

• Develop and maintain relationships with key partner contacts and decision-makers maintaining constant visibility and influential partnerships with these individuals.
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts of our VAR and sharing best practices.
• Creation of marketing assets and tools, such as the content for PowerPoint presentation and printed and digital material to enable the Marketing and Sales teams of our VAR.
• Ensure appropriate strategic and creative execution of all print and video partner driven marketing materials based upon overall brand objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing all aspects of events and conventions
• Expertise in corporate meeting planning and trade show exhibit booth management
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally required
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• High degree of comfort navigating ambiguity and tackling white space
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills
• Big picture thinker but also strategic, keen to details and can execute
• A passion for produce compelling content, written and graphical
• Detail oriented, critical thinker, problem solver, forward thinking, organized, attention to detail
