Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

NYSE-listed AgEagle Aerial Systems is seeking a talented, experienced and motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to serve as an expert resource to AgEagle on budgeting, financial modeling and data analysis. This role will design and lead a variety of complex studies to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the organization. Operating with a high degree of autonomy the Senior Financial Analyst exercises appropriate judgement in response to dynamic business needs.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical, forecasting, and reporting of financial data to senior management
• Create financial models to support organizational decision making
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting

• Analyze industry trends and make recommendations based on those trends
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
• Prepare cash and sales forecast
• Prepare reports and analysis for auditors
• Create various standard and ad hoc pricing reports, and provide pricing information to senior management throughout the year as needed
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a closely related field required
• CPA, CMA, MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred
• 5+ years progressively responsible experience in financial analysis or equivalent combination of training and experience (high-tech operations preferred)
• Ability to perform complex analytical tasks with minimal supervision
• Expert knowledge and/or training in the use of accounting, financial and business software applications including Excel, Word, Access, and NetSuite
• Experience working across multiple organizations and multiple levels of management preferred
